He signed a record deal in 2005 with Edge Records label, in 2008 9ice signed another record deal with ancestor(formerly Alapomeji Ancestral Records, Alapomeji Records.
9ice started his musical journey in 2000 and
gained popularity in 2008 with the song Gongo Aso from his studio project album, Gongo Aso.
